How to track an order
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Orders.
- Select the order you want to view.
- Check the current status and delivery updates.
Common order statuses
- Pending: Order is being reviewed or confirmed.
- Processing: Alxora is preparing your item for shipment.
- Shipped / Out for delivery: Your order is on the way.
- Delivered: Order has been completed.
If tracking is not updating
Allow some time for fulfilment or courier updates.
Refresh the page or sign in again.
If there is no update for an extended period, contact support by email.
- Include your Order ID.
- Include your account email.
- Include a screenshot of the order page.
