Order marked delivered but not received

Sometimes an order may be marked as delivered before it physically reaches you, or it may have been received on your behalf.

What you should do first

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building reception.
  • Review delivery messages or missed call notifications.
  • Confirm the delivery address on your order.

If you still cannot find the package

Contact support by email as soon as possible.

Alxora will review delivery confirmation and investigate the issue with the delivery partner before advising you on the next steps.

  • Include your Order ID.
  • Include your account email.
  • Confirm clearly that you did not receive the item.
  • Attach any delivery message or evidence available.
