How to request cancellation or edit
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Orders.
- Select the order.
- Choose Cancel or Edit if available.
If the option is not visible
In this case, you may need to wait for delivery and request a return instead.
If you believe the order should still be editable, contact support by email.
- The order may already be in fulfilment.
- The order may already be shipped.
What to include
- Your Order ID.
- What you want to change or cancel.
- A screenshot of the order screen.
