Edit or cancel an order

Orders can only be edited or cancelled before they move too far into fulfilment or delivery.

How to request cancellation or edit

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Orders.
  3. Select the order.
  4. Choose Cancel or Edit if available.

If the option is not visible

In this case, you may need to wait for delivery and request a return instead.

If you believe the order should still be editable, contact support by email.

  • The order may already be in fulfilment.
  • The order may already be shipped.

What to include

  • Your Order ID.
  • What you want to change or cancel.
  • A screenshot of the order screen.
