How to change address
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Orders.
- Select the order.
- Choose Change address if available.
If address change is not available
You may need to wait for delivery completion and request a return if necessary.
If you entered the wrong address and cannot update it, contact support immediately by email.
- The order may already be prepared.
- The courier may already have the package.
What to include
- Your Order ID.
- The correct delivery address.
- A phone number for delivery contact.
