How to request a return
Follow the instructions shown to submit your request.
After submitting, your request will be reviewed and you may receive further return instructions.
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Orders.
- Select the order containing the item.
- Choose Request return if available.
If the return option is not visible
It means the product does not support returns. For further assistance, contact support by email.
What to include
- Your Order ID.
- The item name.
- The reason for return.
- An image of the product to support the return claim.
