Order Protection Policy

Order Protection is designed to support buyers when there is a confirmed issue with an order.

When Order Protection applies

This policy applies in situations where an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is significantly different from its description.

In such cases, buyers may be eligible for assistance after the issue has been reviewed.

When Order Protection does not apply

Order Protection does not apply to situations such as a change of mind, selecting the wrong size, minor cosmetic imperfections, or normal wear and tear that occurs after use.

How claims are reviewed

To be considered for Order Protection, a claim should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photo or video evidence is required to help verify the issue. Each claim is carefully reviewed by Alxora before any decision is made.

What happens after approval

When a claim is approved for a covered issue, Order Protection may allow support even if the item is normally listed as non-returnable.

Alxora will review the case and guide you on the next steps based on investigation findings.
